6th Khelo Masters National Games 2027

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL RULES

All participating players, teams, officials, and State Secretaries are requested to carefully read, understand, and comply with the following rules and instructions for the 6th Khelo Masters Games Foundation (KMGF) National Championship, scheduled to be held from 8th to 10th January 2027, New Delhi.

1. Rules & Regulations
   The Championship shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Khelo Masters Games Foundation (KMGF). All rights relating to the interpretation, implementation, and modification of these rules shall remain reserved with KMGF.

2. Age Eligibility
   Participants must have completed the required age as of 25th December 2026 to be eligible to participate in their respective age categories.

3. Age & Identity Verification
   Every participant must carry a valid Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Government Employee ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or any other valid Government-issued proof of age and identity for verification. Participants may be required to produce the original document during registration or verification.

4. Protests
   Any protest must be submitted in writing through the concerned State Secretary, along with a non-refundable protest fee of ₹5,000 per game/protest. Protests submitted without following the prescribed procedure may not be entertained.

5. Discipline & Conduct
   All participants, teams, officials, and accompanying representatives are expected to maintain proper discipline and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the Championship. Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behaviour towards referees, officials, opponents, volunteers, or organizers will not be tolerated. The decision of the referee/official concerned shall be final, subject to the applicable KMGF rules. Serious misconduct may result in the disqualification of an individual participant or the entire team.

6. Accommodation
   Participants may make their own accommodation arrangements. Alternatively, accommodation may be arranged by the organizers at a nominal charge, subject to availability. Participants requiring organizer-provided accommodation should confirm their requirement within the prescribed timeline.

7. Acceptance of Rules
   Participation in the 6th KMGF National Championship shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions, along with all applicable rules, regulations, and instructions issued by KMGF and the Championship Organizing Committee.

8. Entries & Event Changes
   Entries must be submitted online or through the affiliated State Units/State Secretaries before the official closing date. Late entries or spot entries will generally not be permitted and, where accepted at the discretion of the organizers, may be subject to double entry fees.

   No change of event will be entertained after submission/confirmation of the entry.

9. Opening Ceremony & March-Past
   All participants and teams are required to attend the Opening Ceremony, including the March-Past. State Units/Secretaries are requested to ensure the participation of their respective teams.

10. State Attire & Flag
    All State Associations must ensure that their participating members wear proper and appropriate attire during the March-Past and other designated official activities. Each State Association must also bring and carry its State Flag for the March-Past. State Secretaries are requested to confirm attendance and dress-code compliance with their respective teams in advance.

11. Collection of Championship Materials
    Participants/State Secretaries must personally collect the following items from the designated venue camp as per the schedule communicated by the organizers:

    • Chest/BIB Numbers

    • Accreditation Cards

    • Food Coupons

    • Official T-Shirts

    • Any other event-related materials issued by KMGF
