Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy: 
 

The refunds policy outlined below is an extension to the Terms of Services by Khelo Masters Games foundation.

 

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 15 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to register on-site with payment provided immediately to attend the event. If a cancellation request is not received by 15 or more business days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable for the entirety of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

All cancellation requests must be sent to kehlomastersindia@gmail.com with relevant reasoning & supporting documents for cancellation. An 85% refund may be granted when the cancellation request is received at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled event and such request is deemed appropriate with valid reasoning which is to be solely decided by Khelo Masters Games Foundation. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled event.

All such cancellation requests will be reviewed by Committee Chair(s) (Formed by Khelo Masters Games FOundation) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.

Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.

If the event is canceled by Khelo Masters Games Foundation, registrants may be extended a 60% refund. 

All the refunds will be processed within 45 days of the event commencement.
